Please note that for anyone on the show floor during move in and move out, a high visibility vest is required as per BC Place Safety Regulations. They will be available for purchase on site through BC Place for $9 each, or you can bring your own.
NEW THIS YEAR! ALL VEHICLE TRAFFIC ACCESSING THE FIELD LEVEL WILL ENTER THROUGH THE WEST ENTRANCE AND EXIT THROUGH THE EAST
All vehicle traffic accessing the field level will enter through the west entrance off of expo blvd and exit through the east onto Griffiths Way. There will be no holding lot off of Pacific Blvd this year, you will simply get in the queue of traffic along Expo Blvd with your move in pass (to come in late January) and enter through the West Access point of BC Place Stadium.
MOVE IN HOURS
The Exhibitor Help Desk in the East Airlock will be open from 8am - 6pm on the Monday, Feb 19 - Wednesday, Feb 21 and then open 1 hour before show open on show days.

Please note that all exhibitors may start to tear down their booth at 6:01 pm (NO EARLIER) and hand carrying anything they want out of the building. No vehicles will be allowed to enter the building to facilitate your move out until someone has verified that your booth has been completely dismantled.
BC Place Stadium and Marketplace Events also will be enforcing a "take out what you bring in" rule so any trash/materials left in your booth space after you move out will be charged back to you to be disposed of. Please be sure to clean up your space when you leave
