Design Management Construction is the name. DMC Contracting was founded in 2009 by Dan and Melissa Crump to support homeowners from poor workmanship and misleading management. The foundation of DMC Contracting is a strong family-run business that offers design, management, and construction services. We provide a solid team of carpenters, apprentices, and management personnel that work with an average of 50 clients each year offering excellent options for jobs of all sizes.

As the ever-changing building industry evolves, we have been at the forefront of innovating our business for our clients by including a company app to help organize project timelines and showcase price transparencies. We further impact the industry by providing our clients with housing accommodation in a luxury portable home that is delivered to the homeowner’s property for them to live in and stay for the duration of the project to reduce stress, avoid extra costs, and save time.

DMC Contracting projects include end-to-end service of new home builds, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, basements suites, and entertainment spaces such as recreation rooms, and outdoor living spaces. We also do multi-generational family living projects as two or three families living in separate dwellings in the same home has become more common. Furthermore, we have experience in a variety of custom builds, backyard garages, clubhouses, and remote vacation homes.

Our goal is to provide our clients with outstanding services and high-quality workmanship. We are proud of the work we offer our clients, from the small renovations to the new home design and build.
