The truth is, it is possible to have a custom-built home and to do it on a budget, without sacrificing build quality. We do an excellent job of setting realistic budgets for homes we build while finding innovative opportunities to save you money.

One way we do this is through CoC coverage (Course of Insurance). As the homeowner, you would ordinarily be on the hook for paying for this coverage yourself; when you choose Larch Construction to build your home, we cover this cost for you through our blanket CoC policy.

Another way we save money (during the show) is by giving you a free architectural home design valued at $15,000 if you discuss your project with us before the show ends.
